Health & Relaxation

You know what they say about all work and no play . . . it’s, uh, not good.  Take a break. Enjoy an afternoon off, you’ve earned it. 

Go golfing. Nothing relieves stress and helps you relax like spending an afternoon outdoors trying to whack a little ball into a hole.

Take a hike. Now, don’t think this means that we want you to “get lost” because we certainly don’t want you to. Take the afternoon to reconnect with nature.  Walk a trail or hunt for a geocache.

Go fishing. Have a seat on the dock, shore, or in a boat, grab a cold drink and catch yourself some dinner. Or throw them back. The most important thing is to leave a sign on your door that says “Gone Fishin.”

Just be. You don’t have to do anything at all. Take time to nap. Veg out. Get a massage and work out any remaining stress.  RELAX!
