From his early years as the Chef at Athens Country Club, to his civic activities including Kiwanis Club International, Chef Tilo Galvan is well-known and admired in Athens.  Although many may consider his specialty to be Tex-Mex (his Tortilla Soup is to die for!), his daily American buffet is proof that he has mastered this style of cuisine as well.  Tilo’s also offers a wide variety of Mexican pastries and fresh-baked goods. Breakfast served all day.
