City Council Regular Sessions are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month beginning at 5:30 p.m. and are held at the City Hall Annex at 501 N. Pinkerton Street. All meetings of the City Council are open to the general public. The City Water Department is located in Athens City Hall and residents are welcomed to make their monthly water payments here.
